Common Causes: Unstable hot-melt connection of pre-buried pipeline joints, aging valve core seals, damaged sealing rings at water outlet terminal joints, and poor sealing of pre-buried boxes.

Solutions:① In case of wall seepage, shut off the water inlet valve immediately and contact after-sales staff for on-site inspection to locate the leakage point (pipeline joint or pre-buried box). We will re-weld pipelines or replace sealing parts and repair the wall.② For joint leakage, users may check whether the sealing ring falls off or is damaged. If damaged, please contact our after-sales team to obtain a matching sealing ring for replacement. On-site maintenance will be provided for problems unable to be handled by users themselves.③ Leakage at water outlet terminals is mostly caused by aging sealing rings. Our after-sales technicians will replace sealing rings or water outlet terminals free of charge within the warranty period.
